The Coordination Package

The Coordination Package is for couples who can plan their wedding, but would like support on day of, so you and your family can enjoy the day stress free! This means you have all your vendors, decor, and details planned out but need an experienced professional to carry out the logistics and details for the wedding day.

The Extras 

Planning a wedding isn't something people do daily. There's a lot of questions, details, and etiquette that people miss while planning. Below are services that can assist you in the wedding planning process.



Clean Up Crew - $550 

We have a team of two who can cover your end of night clean up! YUP, you read that right! We handle bussing guest tables, scraping dishes & packing them up, we handle trash, and we can even tear down tables and chairs for an additional ($200)! If the guest count exceeds 175 guests, additional crew member(s) will be required for a fee of $220/crew member.


Venue Search - $600

Finding a unique venue can be a time consuming task, that some wedding couples don’t have enough time for. If you are wanting assistance in finding and securing a venue or just find the venue hunt exhausting, then this service is for you! 

One Hour Planning Consultation - $275

Don’t need a full planner but need advice or guidance to get you going in the right direction? This one on one service allows us to assist and answer your questions about planning details, design & decor, vendor referrals, day of timeline, and more.


Newlywed Hotel Room Set Up - $215

A service where an AJE team member will set up & decorate your wedding night hotel room. Includes bottle of Champagne or Cider, Champagne Glasses, a Snack Box, rose petals, and LED candles. 


Decoration Rentals -Items Individually Priced 

We've had so many brides purchase their wedding decor and never know what to do with it all AFTER the wedding day. So we have an inventory JUST for AJE clients. We have votives, tables numbers, signs, and more! When you book you get access to our rental inventory!
