How to return a product:
-Please email if you are looking to return a product.
- Returns must be made within 20 days of delivery and approved by Alexis Johnson Events.
- You may use any shipping method to send back your package!
- All returns must be in their original form and packaging with no signs of use or wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
- You will receive a refund within 14 days after receiving your return.
Please note, we put a lot of work into creating your custom labels, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any personalized items.
