 Why should a bride and groom hire a wedding planner?

To have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly during your wedding day. Planners have experience and industry relationships that will allow ease during the planning process. Planning a wedding involves a lot of contracts, budgeting, timelines, checklists, and well thought out execution. Thats where wedding planners are super helpful, they help guide you through it all.

What part of setting up the day of do you handle?

I coordinate delivery of rentals (linens, tables, chairs, etc), arrival times with each of your vendors (photographer, florist, musicians, caterer, etc), I set up all your decor, and offer assistance to any other vendors until it's time to get you down the aisle.

Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?

AJEvents will absolutely work with your vendors! I love meeting new vendors passionate about what they do! I also have a great team of preferred vendors that I work with should you need any referrals.

Once the ceremony is over are your services done?

No Way! I will help with set up, assist with getting you and your wedding party down the aisle, assist with keeping vendors and wedding events (first dance, toasts, etc.) on schedule with the timeline you and I made together. Once we reach the close of your wedding, I assist with cleaning up decor only.

A Wedding Planner is expensive, can’t my friends or family help out?

A planner is an investment in making sure your wedding day is flawless, while taking the stress & to do list off you and your family. Let your friends & family enjoy the day and celebrate with you rather than working the event for you.
